The way we work: Consulting meeting We`re excited to meet you! You meet with our technical consultant in order to set up project requirements and get our advice where needed. We explain the advantages of the Agile methodology we use for development, and how you can influence the development workflow. Cost estimation We provide an estimate of time required to complete the project. After all questions are answered and final Scope of Work is provided we prepare a cost and time estimation for the discussed project. We are open to both fixed price and time & materials projects. Production schedule We break the project into individual tasks and create a schedule for delivery. We engage you in product feature prioritization and setting milestones. Development phase We work away completing the project and meeting the milestones. An account manager assigned to the project has daily meetings with the project team. We practice continuous delivery, so you always have a definitive understanding of the state of the project. Product delivery The project comes to an end, and we assist in delivery. We work closely with you to deliver the project assets, and support in launches where necessary. Post Delivery We plan for post launch support. We continue supporting the project post launch, and provide necessary changes, fixes, and upgrades.
